      Thank you for your recent review and for supporting my business. I’m truly sorry to hear that you experienced issues with your sweatshirt after only a couple of wears. I take pride in the quality of the items I offer, and I certainly want you to feel satisfied with your purchase.


      The sweatshirt you purchased is a Gildan Heavy Cotton style, which has generally received positive feedback from my customers. I have not had reports of this issue before, so I would like to better understand what happened. Pilling (lint balls) can sometimes occur due to washing or storage methods, but I also want to make sure you are heard and supported.


      If you could please provide details about how the sweatshirt was cared for (washed, dried, etc.), that would help me look into this further. While I am unable to issue a replacement without first determining if it’s a product defect, I am committed to working with you toward a fair resolution.
